DO NOT BELIEVE THIS ACAI BERRY DIET AND COLON CLEANSE!!  I believed it and got SCAMMED for $88 EACH 2 days after I received the products.  It tells you that you get a 15 day FREE TRIAL...well, what they DON'T tell you is the 15 days starts IMMEDIATELY after you order it...NOT when you receive it.  So...barely had a chance to try it before I got dinged for $176!  PLUS then they were going to put me on a monthly program of $65 per month per bottle.  When I called to complain...a lot of red tape and arguing...and in the end I had to return the product to get my money back!  SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!  Look it up online before you believe these things...you will see all the people that were scammed by these two products.

Most LA Weight Loss offices in the New York area just closed their doors one day and never reopened or gave money back to clients.   I think they went bankrupt ...BE CAREFUL

Where is LA Weightloss? I just started with them and began with the Rapid Results plan. I have lost 11 lbs in eight days and feel wonderful. I am motivated to going to the gym/start working out. I have over 100 lbs to lose but I am confident that I can achieve this with LA Weightloss.

It took me to have lived in Japan for a year to lose weight.  I lost 25 pounds while I was there, due to the Japanese diet which mostly consists of fish, rice, vegetables and tofu.  And when I came back to the States, the healthy eating habit stayed with me and I also joined a gym.  In the year and a half since my return I've done a pretty good job of maintaining this weight loss, something I haven't been able to do before.  I'm going back to Japan next week on vacation, and I hope I can continue to eat healthfully when I come back again!

I gained 80 pounds in 2 months I guess about 5 years ago due to a med I was on. My weight stayed steady, so I finally started trying to change my eating habits when I realized that I couldn't cut calories because it makes me sick. What I did instead- in addition to slowly getting back into a heavier exercise routine that I had abandoned with my high school graduation- is added breakfast to my diet and cut back on my meat. I replace a portion of my meat with vegetables. 2/3 to 1/2 of my plate is always veggies. I eat carbs- mostly good ones. If you're gonna take my pasta and rice and taters- just shoot me now. I bought a brita pitcher and drink water (tastes drinkable now). Most of my seasoning is done with herbs and spices. And since I live by myself- I prepack all of meats so that they are single servings- even if that means cooking ahead. Btw- I only use sugar subs for certain things because I crave sodas and stuff after putting it in my coffee or tea- sugar free drink mix is fine, but real sugar in the morning cuppa.

Weight Watchers is the way I live. It's really not a diet, but a lifestile.

What kind of Diet pills did you use Bunny D? I would really like to know, as every single kind of pills i take does not work. Is there a miracle pill out there that i don't know about?
