Never really been a fan of crunches.

Stability Ball Jackknifes, Stability Ball Rollouts, Planks and Side Planks are 4 of the best abs exercises I know.

I agree,But my advice is to do some sort of cardio for at least 30 minutes
Also, in order to lose at least a pound, you have to exercise daily over the course of a week.
But why is it so difficult for most people to get a six pack?
