They also neglected to mention the obligatory glass of milk that must accompany said cookies.

They forgot the disclaimer that these cookies are only "smart" if you are smart about eating them in moderation! The calories/fat are for 1 cookie. Cookies that contain good fats or less bad fats are not necessarily a good nutritional choice.
