What Is Osteoporosis?
Osteoporosis is a bone disease that reduces your bone mineral density levels. This causes your bones to become brittle and increases the likelihood of bone fracturing. Women over 60 years of age are most susceptible to osteoporosis, but men can be afflicted with this disease as well.
