Ball Leg Curl
FINISH: Press your heels into the top of the ball and slide the ball toward your body, stopping when the knees are bent about 90 degrees and positioned over your hips. Then push the ball back out away from your body to straighten your legs. Repeat.
Safety Tip: Avoid overarching or flattening your lower back as you move the ball back and forth.
