One-Leg Calf Raise

START: Stand with a weight in each hand, arms hanging by your sides, palms facing in. Raise your right leg and wrap your right toe around the back of your left angle. Lift your ribs to lengthen your spine, lower your shoulders and flatten your shoulder blades to your back.
