I'm not sure where ANY of the DVDs listed are going to burn 480 cals/hr.  I think you are probably getting people's hopes way up there.  Unless you are totally out of shape or very new to exercise these aren't going to do it.  Try some Cathe or Amy Bento if you want to see results and get fit.  Oh, and it doesn't matter how many calories you burn, if you eat all sorts of junk either.  People think they are burning 480 cals, so they eat a candy bar.  Well, they only burnt 200 on the workout and just ate a 220 cal candy bar.  oops!!!!
